With events, you can filter what kind of events you want to subscribe to. These events work with outbound webhooks.
WEBHOOK TRIGGER EVENTS
Chat status is set to Pending
Activates when the chat state is Pending.
Chat status is set to Active
Activates when the chat state is Active.
Chat status is set to Queue
Activates when chat state is Queue.
Chat status is set to Closed
Activates when chat state is Closed.
Agent Status Change
This indicates that when an agent's status is updated,
the agent status captures
Chat-chat channel is turned on,
Email-email channel is turned on,
VOIP-VOIP channel is turned on).
Activates when a new case is added.
