Webhook Events
With events, you can filter what kind of events you want to subscribe to. These events work with outbound webhooks.
WEBHOOK TRIGGER EVENTS | DESCRIPTION |
Chat status is set to Pending | Coming Soon! Activates when the chat state is Pending. |
Chat status is set to Active | Activates when the chat state is Active. |
Chat status is set to Queue | Coming Soon! Activates when chat state is Queue. |
Chat status is set to Closed | Activates when chat state is Closed. |
Agent Status Change | Coming Soon! This indicates that when an agent's status is updated, the agent status captures (available, unavailable, Chat-chat channel is turned on, Email-email channel is turned on, VOIP-VOIP channel is turned on). |
Case new | Activates when a new case is added. |
